ATBA stands for Able To Be Able—a reminder that we all have the potential to make a difference, but lasting impact requires ongoing support, empowerment, and community.
The name reflects a simple yet powerful truth:

ATBA exists to help individuals not just discover their ability—but to sustain it, grow it, and use it to create positive change in their lives and the world around them.
The ATBA InnerPrise & The Sacred Queens Society exists to guide women into deeper alignment with their energetic power, spiritual truth, and authentic expression.
Through sacred community, intentional practices, holistic nourishment, and empowered education, we create spaces for healing, elevation, and embodied leadership.
I envision a world where every woman recognizes herself as sacred, lives in harmony with her energy, and leads from a place of wholeness.
We are building a global sisterhood where ancient wisdom, modern empowerment, and soulful support awaken the Queen within.
I am honored to be a passionate guide for women who are ready to rise. As an ICF Certified Life Coach, Reiki I Practitioner, and trained coach in Transformation, Mindfulness, and the Law of Attraction, I blend science, spirit, and soul to support deep, lasting transformation.
I created The Sacred Queens Society and Sacred Queens Academy to be a safe, empowering space where women of all colors and preferences can reconnect with their energy, align with their purpose, and step fully into their power.
